VR Aero carbon fiber parts are manufactured using precision CNC machined molds created from 3D scanning of vehicles to produce a perfectly styled and fitting part. Each carbon fiber part is made from 2x2 carbon fiber pre-preg material that is handlaid in the mold and transformed inside an autoclave. This process has the high gloss UV resistant coating built into the material for a perfect OEM finish. Depending on the part, it includes high quality double sided tape and hardware if needed. Professional installation is recommended.
